In between mum taxi duties I got chance to wander in one of my favourite city nature reserves this morning, which also happens to be one of our Nordic Walking course sites!

It has the most incredible birdsong … even if you stop for a few moments! 🎶 and the re-wilding in the centre of the reserve is beautiful 🤩

It’s time for us to take a little breather ‘up North’ for a couple of weeks ✋ But the poles will be coming! ⭐️⭐️

A huge thanks to all of our lovely clients for choosing to learn to Nordic Walk with us and for helping to build friendly social walks together 💚

We only launched in March and, as a small business, we truly appreciate your enthusiasm and love of exploring the outdoors together with us - powering, gliding and building strength, making connections and forming friendships 💪💚💚

Keep walking, milking the cow, taking robot steps and checking your shoulder swing whilst we are away! 😂

We were blessed to have a wonderful oak tree to provide us with some shade whilst we covered the remaining part of the 10-step International Nordic Walking Association technique ⭐️
