WHO ARE WE?...

We’re a small, intimate company with two pubs located in Buckinghamshire. In recent times things have changed a little - you will now see Jack and Millie in the pubs, pulling pints and serving guests. You may even catch sight of the two pub dogs! In our kitchens, our Chefs concentrate on providing home cooked menus with specials that change daily. Provenance, sustainability and so

urcing British food is what’s important to us, and we like to let skill and quality ingredients do the talking, keeping our dishes simple, fuss free in presentation, but delicious (Oh and we take home grown vegetables over the bar as payment…seriously…come on in, ask the chef and do a deal with him!)

Out front, we like our service to really sparkle – and we do that with top-notch bar and restaurant team members. We love friendly, smiley individuals, with an upbeat attitude, plenty of personality, confidence in their knowledge of our product and an all-important ability to recognise the customer needs before even they do!...

Support in keeping the kitchen clean
Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and hygiene before, throughout and after service
Food preparation including preparing some salads or desserts

- Monthly changing menus

- Every chef in our kitchen contributes to the menu

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a professional kitchen environment

- A passion for fresh food is a must

- A methodical, calm and organised approach to work

- Precise planning and organisation ability

- The desire to work in a family run business

- Desire to learn and become a Sous Chef in the future

- Hourly pay plus a equal share of the tips (full time staff are taking home around £500 a month in tips)
