Hillingdon Triathletes If you are looking for a friendly club with plenty going on, why not give us a try!

We are a West London based triathlon club, with members from Berks, Bucks, Herts and the surrounding areas

Our members ages range from 14 to 60+ covering all abilities from novice through to Great Britain team members and World Champions Our activities include Trail-quest, cross-country running, road running and adventure racing amongst others (see our Events page for details)

We are a very acti

ve club and organise a large number of training events and club races. We have coached training session for swimming on Monday and Wednesday and for running on Tuesday and Friday. When the situation allows we hope to return to club rides for all abilities again on Sunday mornings. Plus members meet up and do all sorts of training activities and races throughout the UK (and beyond) all year round.

​Time is running out to secure your spot for the Hillingdon Triathletes Duathlon at the Minet Cycle Circuit!

Entries officially close this Thursday, and we are rapidly closing in on 30 competitors.

​The start list is already looking fierce!
We’ve got a massive turnout from the Jaguars and Honey Badger teams, with a solid scattering of Wolves ready to hunt down those PB's. Will you be joining the pack?

Huge congratulations to Dave Wardle for winning the 'Triathlon England - Outstanding Contribution Award'! 🏆

As a founder member in 1986, former Chairman, and now President of Hillingdon Triathlon Club, Dave has inspired thousands to embrace triathlon. Even at 70, he's still coaching swimming and running groups, having organized over a thousand club events. His dedication, kindness, and love for the sport have shaped generations of triathletes. As one nominator put it: "if you snap him in half like a stick of rock, it will say Hillingdon Tri on the inside." What an inspiration!

Whether they are smashing PBs or providing the support system that makes racing possible, every role deserves a shoutout 📣 so today we are CELEBRATING the many influential women, who make us strong 💪 "Strength" isn't just measured in watts or split, it’s seen in our members who balance training with careers; they are wives, partners, sisters and daughters who together are the ultimate pit crew!

The women of Hillingdon Triathletes are the coaches, the cheerleaders, the race-day coordinators, and the fierce competitors. You make this club a family. Whether you’re diving into the lake or keeping the spirits high from the sidelines, you are the backbone of our community and keep us moving forward as a team!!

We don't just swim, bike, and run for ourselves—we do it to show the young women in our lives that there are no limits to what they can achieve. It is so important to have a healthy work/ life balance.

Dust off the bike and lace up those shoes! 🏃‍♂️🚴‍♀️ Our Spring Duathlon is back and it’s the perfect way to blow out the winter cobwebs.
​Whether you’re a TriStar newbie or a seasoned Adult racer, we’ve got a distance for everyone at the traffic-free Hillingdon Cycle Circuit.

​The Lineup:
​TriStar (8 & Under): 400m Run / 1.5km Bike / 200m Run
​TriStar 1-3: Distances for ages 9–14
​Super Sprint (15+): 2km Run / 10km Bike / 1km Run
​Adult (17+): 3km Run / 15km Bike / 1.5km Run

🏆 Silver for our Super-Chair! 🏆

​The trophy cabinet is getting a bit crowded, and we couldn’t be prouder! A massive congratulations to our Club Chair, Jacqui Burke, for being awarded the Silver Award in the ‘Helping Communities’ category at the Hillingdon Community Awards. 🥈✨
​After a powerhouse 2025, Jacqui is kicking off 2026 in winning fashion. From her London Volunteer of the Year title to her Sunday Times Grassroots shortlisting, it’s clear that her leadership is making waves far beyond the track and the pool.
​Jacqui will be officially recognized by the Mayor of Hillingdon at the Battle of Britain Bunker on February 10th. While she might be a rare sight at training this February due to her busy awards schedule, she’s out there representing one of the best Tri Clubs in the country!
