Bosh! Two cars (nearly) done ready for a busy week of racing. 🇳🇱🏆

After Roland finding out the fence posts at Skegness don’t budge, we have finally got his F1 looking like an F1 again ready to race at Raceway Venray this weekend! 🇳🇱

Since Taunton where I last raced, we have had the engine out of the Modstox and (hopefully) sorted some niggly bits ready for our National Championship at Skegness raceway next Thursday. 🏆

I have also made it to red top which I am really happy with so we’ll see how I get on from there!

Thank you to Dad and everyone else who has helped get both cars ready, i’m looking forward for a week of racing! Good luck to Roland and Luce for this weekend, best get the Flugels out! 🇳🇱⛴️

Taunton weekend!

After finding Dora the chicken in Strensham services, it turns out she would not be our lucky charm for the weekend. We suffered with the running of the car on Saturday but managed to cure it by the last race but still no luck on the Sunday. However, I managed to get a 3rd in the national to end the weekend on a high!

One of those weekends but that’s racing, I still had lots of fun and that’s what it’s all about. A massive thank you to everyone involved and credit to all those at Autospeed for running such a good weekend!

My next meeting won’t be until our Gold roof championship at Skegness on the 20th of August however we’ll be at Skegness this weekend as Roland will be out in his F1 (don’t worry we’ll check there are no extra passengers this weekend 🐓)

Well after a pretty successful meeting at Buxton last weekend in the Modstox where I got 3rd, 4th and DNF I took the opportunity and had a little play in the F1 this afternoon.

I loved every second of it gaining knowledge and seat time every lap, safe to say I’ve caught the f1 bug (sorry dad)!

Thank you to everyone today who helped me get onto track, especially to all the staff at Buxton Raceway, I had an absolute blast, it was definitely worth the scorching week in the workshop to get the car ready. 🥵

Good luck to Roland who will be out in his car and Richard, who will be racing our car tomorrow at the British, no disasters while we are watching Foo Fighters please! 🏁

Mega weekend in Scotland, I still can’t quite believe it! 🏁

Yesterday we started the weekend at Knockhill where I started from the back of blue grade. I placed 6th, 3rd and 9th with the fastest lap time in heat 2!

Today we raced at Cowdenbeath where I secured my first ever win in heat 1 as well as the fastest lap again. I continued the afternoon with a 3rd place and 2nd in the Scottish Championship! 🏆🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Amazing 18th birthday weekend, well worth the miles. A massive thank you to everyone who has come with and helped me this weekend, I am forever grateful.

On Saturday we raced our only shale meeting of this season at King’s Lynn. I learnt a lot and had a blast! My best result was a close 4th with it being one of my favourite races of the season so far. 🏁

What an absolutely fantastic Autospeed weekend at Taunton and St Day. The first time I’ve raced at the United Downs Raceway and I really enjoyed the challenge after the long journey to get there! We had a few misfire issues in the first couple of races but sorted it for the final, picked up a few decent positions.
We travelled back up country to Taunton for the Bank Holiday Monday event and after a couple of reasonable heats, I qualified 15th for the British Championship. It was hectic from the green and I tried to keep out of trouble and was thrilled with my 5th place finish. Nine races and nine finishes, I’ll take that!
Thanks to the team, it was a long weekend but a brilliant one.
Bring on King’s Lynn on the 16th for our English Championship 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

We are now on our way to Skegness Raceway. Good luck Roland and Luce! 🏁

After a busy winter we are finally on our way to Skegness Raceway in the new whip for our first two meetings of the year on Easter Sunday and Monday 🐣
