One Martial Arts One Martial Arts (O.M.A) is a non political, modern martial arts association, set up in April 2020 by 3 experienced and senior Taekwondo Instructors.

Their mission is to build a strong network and community of martial arts schools across the UK.

Join us for our next OMA Squad Session on Sunday 14th June from 10:30am – 12:00pm (Squad Members until 12:30pm) in Wrexham!

Fresh from a hugely successful ITF Welsh Open in Cardiff this past weekend, it’s time to get straight back to work. πŸ’ͺπŸΌπŸ†

Whether you’re a complete beginner or one of our experienced OMA competitors, everyone is welcome. These sessions are the perfect opportunity to improve your skills, build confidence, and train alongside some of the best athletes in the organisation.

ITF Welsh Open Championships 🏴󠁧󠁒󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿

It was a privilege to watch our OMA members and OMA Squad Team compete at the ITF Welsh Open Championships.

The standard was incredibly high, with tough competition throughout, and everyone gave it their all. We can see areas where we need to improve, but with time, dedication, and continued effort, I am confident we can achieve our goals and continue to grow stronger.

A huge shout-out to OMA Squad Coach Tom Owen Jones, who was constantly on the move throughout the day, supporting, encouraging, and coaching the team.

We certainly proved that OMA is up there with the very best. A huge well done to everyone who attended, competed, and gave their maximum effort. Special thanks also to all the parents and supporters who were there cheering everyone on.
