Last training of 2022!!!

Past few months have been awesome with our youngsters. The emphasis has been upon partner work and actually understanding the meaning and purpose behind the weird movements that make up their kata. Their questions and ability to think outside of the box have even caused me to revisit some things about my own understanding and helped me reach new insights.

I hope everyone has a great Christmas and a happy new year. keep your kata polished, and those who’ve been given corrections to work on, get those fixed so we can hit the ground running with the same energy and momentum in 2023.
