Beginners:

An eight week course introducing you to basic doggy paddle, backstroke and breaststroke along with learning water skills to build confidence and enjoyment in the water. Improvers:

An eight week course improving technique of all strokes including butterfly, building stamina and fitness, learning to dive and performing deep water exercises
