🚫 Myth: “You need loads and loads of cardio to lose weight”
Let’s clear this up 👇
Cardio can help, but it’s not the only (or even the most effective) way to lose fat.
As Ollie, one of our PTs, explains in the video, real results come from combining strength training + a calorie deficit.
💪 Strength training helps you build and maintain muscle
🔥 It also increases your overall calorie burn, not just during the session but for a period after training (often referred to as the “afterburn” effect)
When you combine that with a consistent calorie deficit, that’s where sustainable fat loss happens.
So instead of endless cardio… think balance, structure, and consistency.
