Hi Funky people, sadly I’m feeling really poorly so I’m cancelling Funkfit tomorrow night so I can feel better for Christmas. I’m so sorry to let you all down but if I don’t rest now, I will not get better. There’s only so much soldiering on that I can do & I’m exhausted 🥱 Thanks for understanding. We will be back at Coopers on January 10th. I’ll pop the classes for Jan-Mar 2023 in gymcatch tomorrow xx
