Sunday 19th April
Set in the beautiful surroundings of Pembrokeshire Coast National Park, this is a full day designed to help you slow down, recharge and reconnect.
Your day includes:
🌊 A guided beach session with wild swim / dip / paddle*
🔥 Sauna & ice bath experience
🧘 Yoga and breathwork
🌿 Mindfulness practices
🥗 A nourishing lunch at Three Fields Campsite
Delivered in collaboration with Leanne Bird (Blue Freedom) and Naomi & Pat from Three Fields Campsite, combining the power of sea, nature and community.
