Flower Yoga brings Hatha yoga and relaxation to students of all ages and abilities, throughout Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire. Hatha ('ha' meaning 'sun', 'tha' meaning 'moon' in Sanskrit) yoga is a unifying, gentle style
of yoga that combines poses (asanas) with breathing (pranayama), resulting in improved balance, strength, flexibility and physical and mental wellbeing.

Back to class today, Wednesday 7-8pm in Ickford and Thursday 8-9pm in LC (we’ll be at Blackberry Cottage if the weather is still tiptop!).

Woahhh, what you find out when you have two seconds to get some long awaited admin sorted...

After 11 and half years of Flower Yoga, and over 5000 hours of teaching and studying, we've nabbed the title of Senior Yoga Teacher! 🤘

Thank you so much for your support over the years - oh the fun we have! We're back to classes on Monday! Can't wait to see you on your mats.

We’re back to classes this Monday! Join us as we head back into classes, and wiggle out the creaky bits, ready for a bloody marvellous 2026! Don’t worry, we’ll take it easy while everyone finds their yoga-y feet!!!
