*COAS Outdoors 2026*

While we were soggy on the field, Penny Smith was soggy elsewhere representing RPB.

She seeded 3rd for the H2H matches and won the Silver medal 🥈 in the Barebow Women category! 🎉🎉🎉

*2026 Inaugural Shoot*

Today we had very turbulent weather of torrential rain and glorious sunshine! 😅

Our RPB Judges (Judy Friedlander, Nic Worley and Bea Taylor) alongside our field captain, Malcolm Higman, presided over today's shoot.

We had a brilliant petticoat shot, a six gold end, and several county record claims!

Congratulations to our 2026 Inaugural Shoot winner, William Stephens 👏🏼🏆

Thank you to our Gentleman Patron, Alan O'Dowd, our Judges, Field Captain, Brilliant Bakers and Field Crew.

As always, medals were awarded by our GP, but Trophies will be awarded at our Annual Awards Dinner later this year. Full results have been sent to members.

Our Equipment Officer and Maintenance Team have been very hard at work over the past few months renovating our lovely clubhouse.

Massive thank you to Sarah, Martin, Pete, Gerry, Bob, Matt, Nick and Bea for all their work improving the decking, clubhouse and kitchenette for fellow members. Not only is it now accessible to all, we've better functionality for all! 😁

*RPB takes Hillingdon*

Andy Cross, Bob Hayes, Gerry Hever, Callum Newlands, Graeme Higgs and Penny Smith all took part in the Hillingdon Double WA720 this weekend in ridiculous heat! 🥵

On Sunday, Callum took 🥉 Bronze in the Recurve Open category.

On Monday, Callum took Bronze 🥉 again, and Penny took the Silver 🥈 in the Women's Barebow category. Penny also won several prizes in the raffle on both days! 😂

Well done all on surviving the heat and representing RPB so well! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
