Today marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Week, and this yearโs theme is Action.
Checking in with others can mean more than we realise, and so can checking in with ourselves. Noticing how weโre feeling, what we need and where we might need support is a small action that can make a big difference.
Itโs not about having all the answers. Itโs about being human, being understanding and looking out for one another. When we keep these conversations going, we help create a workplace where people feel safe, supported and valued - not just this week, but every day.
We encourage everyone reading this to take a moment to check in with themselves and with someone else today.
