Chair Yoga and Mobility // 45 minutes

Class donated to Lupus UK. Suitable for all including those with limited mobility. Gentle chair stretches and mobility movements for joints- finishing with a guided relaxation.

πŸŒ• Thursday 18:30 - 19:30

Yin // 1 Hr

This class is perfect for releasing deep tension and creating space within the body and mind. Stretches are floor-based and held from 3 - 10 minutes.
