A whole weekend with the woman who has probably influenced my Pilates journey more than anyone else.

Jo’s passion for Pilates, learning, and helping other teachers grow is something special. She never stops studying, questioning, exploring, and sharing, and that enthusiasm is completely infectious.

She mentored me through opening The Studio and continues to inspire me every time I learn from her.

If you’re looking for Pilates training, I genuinely couldn’t recommend anyone more highly.

Our Pilates Circuits class takes 10 traditional mat work exercises and brings them into a more contemporary setting using small equipment, weights, bands, balls, circles and more ✨

We move slowly, with control, focusing on breath, precision and mind-body connection throughout.

It’s not about rushing through reps, it’s about really feeling the movement, finding better connections and leaving class feeling stronger, longer and more lifted in your body.

Honestly, you walk out feeling amazing ❤️

Last year of my 30s… and I genuinely think my strongest years are still ahead of me.

I’m back properly training on the reformer, getting back on the tower, back on the chair, and falling in love with movement all over again. For strength, longevity, confidence and feeling capable in my own body.

It feels even more special because The Studio is growing alongside me. Big things are happening here.

Our new little boutique space isn’t even finished yet and it’s almost fully booked already. That completely blows my mind. You lot are incredible. Thank you for supporting this dream of mine.

As most of you know, I put everything into this place. My whole heart, my energy, my ideas, my very full brain 😂 alongside my family, this studio is my life. So when plans start coming together like this… my God, it feels good.
