MESH Taekwondo is an independent club affiliated to the British Boxing and Martial Arts Association.
We teach students from age 12 and up traditional Taekwondo techniques and aim to improve the lives of all our students through physical exercise, mental discipline and hard work.

Happy New Year everyone. It’s been a great year with our first students achieving their black belts! Here’s to the next chapter with more success and fun to follow.
Classes start again at Barons Fitness on Wednesday 4th and Fylingdales Village Hall on Sunday 8th for the legendary ‘Turkey Buster’ a tradition continued from my Instructor at Knowle TKD.
