So happy to be back teaching classes this week, I have missed you all.😘 Here is a little snippet from the delightful holiday I had in Ireland.
This was a fabulous bar in Belfast where we came across a Ukulele Jam session....it was one of the most Joyful things ever. All ages, playing and singing together in a wonderful community. Just like our lovely Yoga family (but we have Yoga mats' instead of Ukuleles) 🤣
P.S. You might spot someone you know in the conga chain 😆

I'm Claire, and I am so excited to officially launch Walkies with Claire - a local dog walking service built on a simple belief that every dog deserves fresh air, a good sniff, and a walk with someone who genuinely loves them!

Whether you are at work, short on time, or just in need of a helping hand, I am here to make sure your four legged friend gets the exercise, attention and tail wagging adventures they deserve!

Here's what I offer:

Solo dog walks
Group walks -no more than 2 dogs at a time
Pet visits
Flexible booking to suit your schedule
Saturdays -limited spots available for the same price

💫What an incredible weekend of Level 1 Reiki training with .flame.within at beautiful Beamish Hall.
💫I have always been fascinated with energy work and after completing my gong practitioners qualification with Claire I knew I would be in good hands (literally)!
💫A special thank you to Mark and Michelle who were just the perfect people to share this training with.
💫I can't wait to see where this takes me on my own personal journey and with my lovely Yoga family.

✨ Relaxing Restorative Yoga & Nidra
Hart Village Hall Wed 15th April 6.30pm - 8.00pm

✨Take a deep pause and give your body the rest it’s been asking for. Join me for a 90-minute journey designed to calm the nervous system, release deep tension and restore your energy.

We’ll begin with gentle, fully supported Restorative Yoga poses to help you soften, slow down, and unwind. Then you’ll be guided into Yoga Nidra — a deeply relaxing meditation often called “yogic sleep” — where your body rests while your mind drifts into a peaceful, healing state.

This session is perfect if you:
• Feel stressed, overwhelmed, or mentally tired
• Want deep physical and emotional relaxation
• Have trouble sleeping or switching off
• Simply need time to reset and recharge

🕡 6.30pm – 8.00pm
📍 Hart Village Hall
💷 £12 per person

No experience needed. Just come as you are, get comfortable, and allow yourself to rest.

🌷Thank you for the warm welcome at my first Sound Bath at Seaton Home in Easington.

🥰I hold this fabulous historical building in my heart as it's where I started my Yoga journey and it felt a natural place to return with my new passion for working with sound.

🦋 Celebrating International Women's Day with 22 beautiful souls.
All knowing the magic of settling into stillness together and connecting with the ancient sacred sounds of the drums, gong, chimes and bowls.
🦋We embraced the deepness of Yin Yoga and let it gently open the space in our physical bodies
🦋We let the sounds wash over us, cleansing and clearing all that is ready to be released

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to all who attended and to all of the incredible women who have supported me on this journey into Yoga and sound healing.
