My husband is South African, I’m French, and we officially got married in Las Vegas… but my dream was always to celebrate our love at home, surrounded by all our loved ones and our dogs. And we did exactly that! 🥰 💃

Third time lucky… so, of course, I’m going to celebrate this marriage on every continent! 😂🌍💍

Starting in 2 weeks 💃💃💃

I’m so excited to be coming to Riyadh for the very first time to offer our 500-hour Comprehensive Pilates Certification, internationally certified through PhysicalMind Institute® — the original Pilates certification school.

This is a hybrid certification, combining structured online learning with an intensive week of in-person training, hands-on practice, observation, teaching skills and real understanding of the Pilates Method.

The training will be led by Sandrine Gasnier, 2nd Generation Pilates Master Trainer with 30 years’ experience in the Pilates world. With a background in physiotherapy and as a mother of five, Sandrine brings far more than just exercises to the training — teaching you to see the person in front of you, understand the body, know the WHY behind the movement, and keep Pilates true to the Method.
