As 2025 draws to a close , I have been reflecting on my Yoga journey and realise that I have been neglecting my page/ Facebook followers of the wonderful satsang that has been happening throughout the year.

So on that note , there will be exciting things to look forward to in 2026:

✨ Rebranding to SunAndSoulYoga ✨
✨ Hosting group and 1-2-1 online Yoga sessions ✨
✨Embarking on publishing monthly/weekly podcasts on everything and more within the world of Yoga✨

That it’s just a slice of what’s to come in 2026 , so watch this space and keep following my socials for more Yoga updates Jeanette Keogh

2021 is finally upon us but with the tier 4 announcement a few days ago its sadly not the start of the year we'd of hoped for

Classes will not resume on Monday due to Manchester being in tier 4 however I will be open to doing online zoom classes if the restrictions continue,

Hope everyone has had a wonderful new year and hopefully we can all reunite again soon

As you may be aware tonight we are experiencing an amazing event which only happens once in our life time - Great conjunction

So to celebrate this we will be doing some crystal healing in tonight's practice

If you would like bring your own crystal to work on then that's fine, however If you don't have there will be plenty available

As we have reached the last Friday before Christmas, I would like to thank everyone for a fantastic Yoga session on Monday where we worked briefly on the Bija Mantras

I have attached a handout just to show you where they are located -

For everyone looking to start their week right, then look no further as Yoga is back at the Hive!

Classes will commence from 6pm until 7:15 and are £7 a session,

Yoga mats and blocks are provided but if you feel more comfortable bringing your own then you are more than welcome,

Everyone will be required to complete the track and trace when arriving at the Hive to ensure your safety with Manchester still being in tier 3,
