Not all personal trainers are the same — especially in this situation
Most trainers are qualified to help with general fitness.
But if someone has:
• reduced mobility
• balance difficulties
• a long-term condition
• or is older and needing more support
…it’s important to look for someone with additional training and experience.
This might include:
• Exercise referral qualifications
• Training in long-term conditions
• Experience working with older adults
It’s not about finding the “best” trainer —
it’s about finding the right one for that person.
