A1. A CV needs to be well presented. It needs to have all the necessary categories, as in personal details, personal profile, key skills/core skills, core experience, employment history, and then memberships, education and training 👍✔️ .

It’s really not rocket science - follow this and it wil increase your chances of success.

As summer draws to a close, many people will be thinking about what comes next.

For some, that means returning to work refreshed. For others, it means continuing a job search that may not be going as planned.

If that’s you, don’t be too hard on yourself.

After 25 years in recruitment, I’ve seen countless talented professionals struggle to secure interviews, not because they lacked the experience, but because their CV wasn’t doing them justice.

When you’ve spent months applying for roles and hearing very little back, it’s easy to assume the problem is your background, your age, the market, or even your confidence.
