Are you actually resting… or just numbing out?
There’s a big difference between real recovery and just buffering burnout with a distraction.
And honestly? As a founder and creative, I’ve had to learn this the hard way.
🧠 Rest doesn’t always look like a spa day.
Sometimes it’s saying no.
Sometimes it’s sitting with discomfort instead of running from it.
Sometimes it’s doing nothing — on purpose.
