There were moments during this journey where I questioned whether I was “far enough,” experienced enough, qualified enough, ready enough.
But growth rarely happens overnight.
There have been many many hours of quiet work, studying, practicing, inner work, mistakes and learning. But at the core of this for me was the devotion to doing this work ethically and with integrity.
After years of training and meeting the required standards, I’m incredibly honoured to now be officially listed as a certified practitioner with the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.
One of less than a handful of practitioners in Africa currently recognised through the GPBA.
My dream is to spread breathwork as far as I can around Africa 🌍
This isn’t just a personal milestone.
It’s a reminder that the slow path still leads somewhere beautiful.
