I’m building a personal training and coaching service for people who feel like they’ve lost their way a bit.
Not lazy.
Not incapable.
Just stuck.
Stuck in bad habits.
Stuck in stop-start routines.
Stuck knowing they want more for themselves, but struggling to get momentum back.
For a lot of people, getting back into training is not just about weight loss or fitness.
Sometimes it’s about needing something to pull you back together again.
Something that gives you structure.
Something that helps you feel stronger, clearer, and more in control.
That’s what Jack Reeder Performance Coaching is being built around.
This is coaching in Carlisle for people who want structure, accountability, and real progress — through a mix of:
• Private 1-1 PT sessions
• Small group coaching
• Online training plans
• Performance-based programming
• Habit and routine support
No gym membership needed.
Not random workouts.
Not relying on motivation.
But structured, purposeful coaching built around training, movement, habits, and accountability.
Coaching to help people rebuild:

• Confidence
• Discipline
• Consistency
• Direction
Over time, this will also include community challenges and progression goals — including things like Couch to Catbells for people who want something bigger to work towards beyond just training alone.
The goal is simple:
More energy.
More focus.
More confidence.

Better structure.
Real progress that carries over into everyday life.
This is for:
• People who feel off track
• People who struggle with consistency
• Busy people who need more structure and energy
• Anyone who wants a more performance-based
approach to getting stronger and moving forward
I won’t be based solely in one gym — the plan is to offer a mix of private PT sessions in hired space, small group coaching, and online plans so I can help people in the way that suits them best.
