Levelling up our post natal exercises with my

Press ups with single leg extension
Focus points:
• Tickle the little one for added excitement
• Your extended leg acts as a seesaw (the leg moves inline with your upper body)
• Stay strong through shoulders
• Do not allow your lower back to arch or dip
• Breath tip: Inhale prepare, exhale move

After welcoming my little boy in November, I’m so excited to launch Shape with Felicity Pilates. You might know me from My Pilates Academy, I’ve taught Pilates for 14 years and i am a specialist NHS Physiotherapist, this allows me to offer small & focused classes, maximising the benefit with technique guidance & tips!

I want to create a space where mums can connect, rebuild and feel like themselves again whether you’re newly post partum, or ready to prioritise yourself - all with your baby by your side! Stay behind for a post class cuppa & catch up.
