Forget the meal plan. 🙅🏻‍♀️

No one actually sticks to them. You know it, I know it, so I don’t do them.

Instead, I’ve just dropped a free guide that gives you the principles to balance your blood sugar and get results without dieting, restricting, or following a plan that falls apart by Wednesday.

Because when your blood sugar is balanced, the results take care of themselves.

Inside the guide you’ll find:

➡️ What a balanced plate actually looks like (with a visual breakdown)
➡️ The food swaps that make the biggest difference
➡️ The habits that keep your blood sugar steady all day

The result? You can start to expect:

✓ Say goodbye to that 4pm crash
✓ Cravings that feel manageable, not controlling
✓ A clearer head and better mood day to day
✓ Progress with your weight without dieting or restricting

This is the foundation I teach every single one of my clients and now it’s yours for free.

Follow if you’re ready to finally understand why you keep stopping, no matter how motivated you feel when you start.

❌ You’ve probably told yourself it’s a willpower problem.
❌ You’ve probably started again on Monday more times than you can count.
❌ You’ve probably tried new plans, new programmes, new approaches and still ended up back at square one.

That’s not a discipline problem. It’s a cycle. And every time you start over without breaking it, the cycle gets harder to escape.

That’s exactly what I help women understand and change through the real psychology behind consistency, identity work, and a system built around your actual life. The result? Finally losing weight without ever going on a diet again.

If you’re tired of starting over and ready to:
❤️‍🔥 Finally understand why you keep stopping
❤️‍🔥 Lose weight without restricting, dieting or starting over
❤️‍🔥 Build a system that holds you even on your worst days
❤️‍🔥 Stop chasing weight loss and start becoming the woman who just lives well

Then you’re in the right place.

Follow for honest, psychology-based coaching that helps women go from stopping to unstoppable and lose weight without the diet.

For a long time I thought changing my body was about looking a certain way.

But when I got honest with myself, my real why had nothing to do with a number.

It was the feeling I get when I take off and clear the bar. When my body does exactly what I’ve trained it to do. When I compete and feel completely alive.

I’m an athlete. I want to keep competing at a high level and that means taking care of my body for what it can do, not for what it looks like.

That’s the shift that changed everything and it’s the shift I help my clients make too.

Because when your why is rooted in how you want to feel, not how you want to look, consistency stops being a battle. It becomes something you actually want.

So my lovely followers, here is a question worth asking yourself:

What does your body being healthy actually allow you to do?

Right there, is your why. That is where you start!

What’s your deeper why?

Not the surface-level answer like
“I want to lose weight” or
“I want to get fitter…”

But the real reason underneath it all.

The reason that actually *means something* to you.

Because when motivation fades (and it will),
it’s not your goals that keep you going…
it’s your connection to *why they matter*.

✨ More energy to enjoy your life
✨ Confidence to feel comfortable in yourself
✨ Being present for your family
✨ Feeling strong, capable, and in control again

When your goals are tied to emotion, identity, and values…
consistency stops feeling forced.

It becomes something you *care about*.

Something you *choose*, even on the hard days.

So take a moment and ask yourself:

Why does this really matter to me?
Who am I becoming through this?

Because the stronger your “why”…
the easier it becomes to keep showing up 🤍

Healthy habits don’t have to look perfect. they just have to work for you.

This week I prepped a big salad to have on hand for easy lunches, and made some yummy cookies. sustainable healthy eating isn’t about restriction, it’s about building systems that fit around your real life.

When you have nourishing food ready to go, you’re not relying on willpower, you’re just making the easy choice the good one.

That’s what I help my clients do. Not follow a rigid plan, but create a way of eating that actually sticks.

What does your food prep look like? Drop it in the comments 👇

I want to talk about something that MIGHT sound contradictory at first.

Why I steer women away from scale obsession… yet I weigh myself almost every day.

Let me explain:

Once upon a time, when I was training for the Olympics, the number on the scale defined me.

My mood, my confidence, how I treated my body was all dictated by that number.

It damaged my mental health and completely distorted my relationship with my body.

BUT when I started prioritising my PCOS and my recovery, I ditched the scales altogether.

Instead, I learned to listen to my body, understand my hormones, my cycle, and my patterns.

Fast forward to now. I understand my body deeply.

Even with an irregular cycle, I can almost predict how I’ll feel, because I know my patterns.

The difference?

The number no longer holds emotional power.

I now use the scale as neutral data. Just one piece of information that helps me notice patterns. I know when it’s likely to go up. I know when it’s likely to go down.

And it doesn’t define my worth, my health, or how I feel about myself.

That’s why I weigh myself ALMOST daily.

If I wake up feeling emotionally fragile, stressed, or vulnerable. I don’t step on.

Because I am not defined by that number, and I refuse to let it control my emotions again.

Are you a woman with PCOS and getting annoyed by your loud cravings? Giving in to cravings or having cravings aren't anything to do with a lack of willpower. It's your body communicating with you.

If you’ve ever felt like cravings completely take over…
Like you spend all day resisting them, only to give in and feel guilty later, you are not failing.

With PCOS, cravings are often driven by:
• Blood sugar instability
• Hormonal shifts across your cycle
• Stress & nervous system overload
• Restriction (even subtle “good vs bad” food rules)

The problem isn’t the craving.
The problem is fighting your body instead of understanding it.

When I stopped restricting…
When I learned how my cycle actually works…
When I understood why cravings show up, everything changed.

Cravings became quieter.

And when they did show up, I met them with compassion instead of control.

Understanding creates compassion.
Compassion builds trust.

And trust is where real, sustainable change happens.

I’ll be going live tomorrow inside my Facebook community to break this down properly:
✔ why PCOS cravings happen
✔ what makes them worse
✔ and how to work with your body instead of against it
