Today, Lauren Roberts Personal Training turns 6!! 🎈

The past 6 years have taught me so much about myself, life & the industry and I am forever grateful for every person & client that I meet in this job.

21 year old Lauren would be absolutely ecstatic to see that we are still here all those years later 🥹

My 2025 wrapped 🫶🏽

A year full of love, loss and growth and remembering that everything happens for a reason.

I am extremely grateful to be able to look back on a year full of adventure, prosperity in business, friendship and family coming together.

As this year comes to a close I would like to extend a heartfelt thank you, to all of my clients, past and present for supporting my small business and for trusting me with their health and fitness journey. Approaching my 6th year in business feels surreal but I am also so proud of what we all achieve together 😁💪🏽

2025, although, as life is, was never straight forward, I will always remember as the year I became Mrs Lauren White and thank you again to everyone who celebrated with us 💒
