During the lockdown I have continued to offer sessions by phone or Zoom, following the recommendations by the British Institute of Hypnotherapy (BIH).
The BIH is now asking practitioners to start getting ready to see clients face to face, and I must say I am looking forward to that!
Once I have been given the go-ahead, I will be able to work with clients, maintaining social distancing, and ensuring the room is clean and well-ventilated. I will have hand sanitiser available for clients to use, and will be able to accept direct (cashless) payments.
I'm just preparing a “COVID-19 Practice Plan” for my insurance company, before I can go ahead. Is there anything, other than the measures I have listed above, that you think clients will want to see, giving them maximum reassurance about the safety of my practice?
