Gaz, from hating the gym to completely changing his lifestyle
2 years ago Gaz originally came to me and said his main issue with training is that he ‘just can’t stand the gym’ fast forward to years and this has completely changed
The main goal was to bring down his 10k times easy job done ✅✅ (now being sub 45min) through a mix of strength training,developing core strength and cardio exercise it’s only a matter of time
I am yet to meet someone who is as self critical of themselves when it comes to performance other than myself but like me we overcome this with a never quitting attitude towards our paths in life again someone I am yet to meet that matches my own energy when it comes to this.
Nearly reaching 200 gym session and only looking forward to the next 200
Stop being so hard on yourself bud! You do much better than a lot out there 💪🏽💪🏽💪🏽
