Been a while since the last update, but don't worry! We've just been warming up for the summer season!
Aditya competed in the BUCS sport 10 Mile TT this weekend clocking a time of 23:29 with a average speed of 41 Kph. It was great to see Keele represented at BUCS once again!

Despite the forecast looking cold, the day was tackled by KUCC!
Dressed as highlighters, we found pleasant temperatures, blue skies and a slight cross wind!

What a weekend for KUCC! ...
James, Katie and Hannah joined up with Mid Shropshire Wheelers for their reliability ride. 95km averaging 34 km/h! 🥴 Hannah with a QOM as well!
While Will and Harrison joined up with Newcastle triathlon club!

Hi all! The Keele University Cycling Club have launched their 2023 kit!

The size guide can be found at the bottom of the website.

You can represent Keele out on the road and to pick up some quality kit at discount!
Our kit supplier, Kalas automatically apply a 12.5% discount to the prices in the shop as we are a university club. They are the suppliers of the British National Cycling Team and Alpecin Deceuninck.

All kit will be delivered to one central address, at the checkout there is a message box which you can add in your name, number/ email so that I can contact you. I can distribute kit to the campus or from the address.

➡️ 10am meet outside the sports centre for a 30km loop in the maer hills
➡️ Cafe stop at the end for abit of a social
➡️ Previous experience of riding on open roads required
➡️ Bring your own spare inner tubes etc

➡️ Bring your own bike, I’m afraid bikes aren’t currently available to rent
➡️ Free bevs for anyone who breaks the 3 miles lane KOM / QOM

Ay up!

We currently only have 2/4 key committee positions filled for next year.

In order to keep the club going / expand we ideally need all 4 commitee positions filled. Positions needed to be filled are;

- Treasurer
- Secretary

The SU has extended nominations for committee positions, and they now close TOMORROW.

You don’t have had to have been a member this year to stand in the elections. Neither do you have had to of ridden the Tour de France.
