Anyone else feeling autumnal? Love this time of year 🍂🍁🎃
As promised our October Half Term Events are now open for booking. A combination of one or two day events to choose from. £40per person without transport and £60pp with transport.

Two contrasting weather days!
This concludes the summer programme of M&T events for 2026……
October half term events will be posted this weekend (a bit behind schedule at the moment!)
We hope the return to school tomorrow goes smoothly for all our M&T kids & all our teacher friends.

After a short break, we are ready for Tuesday and Wednesday INSET Adventure days. Location links etc. were sent out w/e 14th August. Flexible drop off for both days; 9.00/9.30am and pick up 4pm. Weather looks generally dry for tomorrow but currently wet on Wednesday. Waterproofs will be required for both days.
I have most children's consent forms but if you are new to M&T and have not yet completed a consent form they need to be brought with you on either Tuesday or Wednesday.

6 Years of Summer Day Camps delivered.
Week 6 summary in photos.
So many lovely moments with this group. We definitely got a mixed week of weather but made the most of every single day!
Our instructors this week were; Cedric & Jonny and our YI; Izzy, Lizzie, Immy, Beth, Ebony & George. Thanks for all your hard work this week and over the entire summer holidays. We could not do what we do without you.

Unbelievably it's time for our final week of the summer; Week 6!
A slight change to the itinerary order this week. Looking at the forecast, we have much better weather at the beginning of the week. Therefore, we have decided to do the majority of the wet activities on Monday & Tuesday. All the other information on the email sent on Wednesday morning remains the same.

Week 5. We certainly got a mixed bag of weather this week, but it didn’t spoil the enthusiasm of your children one little bit!
We were all grateful for the sun today, just in time for Fun in the Lake. They all ❤️’d every minute.
Thanks to our instructors this week; Ian, Rhod & Dougie and our YI; Immy, Izzy, Lizzie, Beth & George.

You all should have received an email on Tuesday regarding Week 5’s itinerary and finer details.
A reminder for those booked on transport: Pick up / Drop off: Barrow, Shell Garage, Abbey Road: 8.30am / 4.40pm, Ulverston Kiosk: 8.45am / 4.20pm & Greenodd Bus Stop: 8.55am / 4.10pm.
Consent forms must be completed and signed unless already completed an annual one (Karen will have those)
Our expedition route this year (Wednesday) is to Tarn Hows and an optional visit to Joey's Café (a reminder to bring cash only as per email)
For those transporting children, please read the meeting points / venues carefully. Drop off is 9.30am and pick is 4pm.
