Xmas Party🎄🎅🤶🎄

Last night most of the kids from my group had their Xmas party where we spent the evening playing crazy golf and bowling!

Everyone had a great evening and I remain bowling champion for another year🎳🏆

All the kids also received their new club training tops which went down a treat!

All Ireland Even Age Championships

This past weekend I had 5 lads running in the even age All Ireland XC champs in templemore in horrible conditions.

First up Logan and Thomas ran brilliant in the U12 boys 2000m race

Thomas Gervin - 6.51
Logan O’Neill - 6.52

Donal was next up in U14 Boys 3000m

Donal Devlin - 10.12

Donal was part of a scoring Ulster team which became All Ireland Champions 🏆🥇

Charlie ran in the u16 boys 4000m

Pauric was last up in the U18 boys 4500m

Mid Ulster Sports Awards 2025

Something a bit different for a Thursday evening.

Great to be a finalist for Coach of the year!
With Charlie making the final for youth sportsperson of the year also.
Well done to all finalists and winners on the night, it was a great wee night out.

Ulster Athletics All Star Awards

Last night I had the pleasure of attending the Ulster Athletics All Star Awards in Villa Rose hotel in Donegal.
Massive congratulations to everyone who won an award but none more so than to the lads I’ve the pleasure to coach, Charlie and Donal who both picked themselves an award each after continued success on the track and in Cross country.

Ulster even age XC
Great day at Ulster XC where I had kids I coach running from ages U12 to U18 with strong running from all everyone.
Special mention to Donal, Charlie & Pauric who all finished in top 12 and will run in the All Ireland XC Champs in the end of November. All roads now lead to uneven age in 2 weeks up in Finn valley
