Fantastic afternoon at the beautiful Hurlands today for a mini SPA tournament/social. With everyone split into two teams, it was a very close result with Michele’s Team 2 winning 14-12 🏆. What a brilliant venue to have the privilege to play at!

It was a super successful English Open for SPA players this year.
- Graham took the gold medal in the 60+ 4.0+ Men’s Singles 🥇
- Brian took the silver with his partner in the 65+ 3.0+ Men’s Doubles 🥈
- Alex took the bronze with his partner Serhii in the 15+ 3.5+ Men’s Doubles 🥉

A huge well done to all, such fantastic achievements!!!

A brilliant day for SPA players at the Piqlball Road to the Open tournament today. Toby and Graham took the gold in the men’s Summit with Andrew and Paul taking 4th. Ann also won the gold in the Women’s Foundation competition. Great achievements all round 💪🏼

On the completion of the 2025/2026 Sussex Pickleball League , we would like to say a huge well done to all of the SPA teams that played brilliantly all season. We managed to come away with a winners trophy in the Men’s Division 1 and some good placings by other teams. Very well done to everyone who played and all of the other winning clubs, it was a really fun season.

A massive congratulations to Ann Pearce & Kate Burns for getting bronze in the latest PIQLBALL Events tournament on the 28th June!
They entered the foundations level which consisted of a tough field of players

A huge well done to the SPA1 team today who played at the English Pickleball League Finals in Stourbridge, getting a very respectable 11th place against the best clubs in the country.

Over 300 teams entered the preliminary rounds so to even get to the finals is a huge achievement for a club that has only been going for a year👏🏼

What a fantastic experience entering 3 teams into the Stoehr Cup in Ware, hosted by ! The event was superbly organised and great for players of all abilities. We can't recommend it enough if you get the chance to participate!
