✨ TICKETS AVAILABLE ✨

Saturday 23rd May - 10am - 5pm ☀️

Join me at for a day of connection, community, breathwork and healing 🤍 surrounded by nature, with a delicious and nutritious lunch and an opportunity to press pause.

Give back to you 🩷

Give back to yourself 🤍

These days are some of my favourite days to hold space for and there is something so truly magical about the land that it’s held within. If the weathers good - we will breathe outside. There will be plenty of time to enjoy the elements - whatever the weather.

If you feel the call, reach out to- there’s a space waiting for you 🥰🥰🥰

Something softer 🤍 The past year has changed me in ways I’m still understanding.

And so, I’m not showing up here in the same way anymore.

I want less offering and more living - letting that be enough.

I’m craving simplicity, honesty, and space to just exist without trying to shape it into something. Space to SQUEEZE (scroll to find out what I mean by this! 🍋)

This re-introduction feels like the perfect reflection of that. Not a turning of a page. Not a new chapter. BUT A BRAND NEW BOOK 📕

Life as it is.
Small moments.
Thoughts as they come.
Big moments.
Sources of inspiration.

No because it’s trending. No decisions to suit the algorithm. No expectations.

Just normal, unfiltered, sometimes not very shiny but sometimes full of glitter LIVING.

So, if you’re here for something softer and more ‘squeezy’ too…then you’re in the right place ✨

Tonight’s glimmer was too beautiful to not get a permanent space here 🌅 the magic of a paw print and a footprint in the sand, not a cloud in the sky and a little glimmer of heaven on the shore…I’m pretty sure it was Reg saying hello 🐾

The most January, January ever. A month I’ll never forget, treasuring every last moment with my little Bear 🐶 and choosing to prioritise rest, presence, glimmers, a few books and a lot of self talk.

A reminder to listen to your body, your heart and say ‘I’m not doing okay’.

Here’s to a new month, a month to celebrate connection, the arrival of hope, Spring and the promise that there is more to come that will bring joy again - the sunshine will return 🤍

My boy 🤍

Thank you for giving me the greatest gift. To experience a love that I never realised I needed until you came along.

Thank you for making every day better by just a wag of your curly tail, a foot stomp to let me know you were hungry or a side eye to let me know you were sleepy but absolutely not missing out on any fun. Even as you passed you kept an eye open - just letting me know you’d always be here.

Thank you for making the darkest days better. For always knowing when I was sad, when I was sick, when I needed a friend.

Thank you for always wanting to be the little spoon and being my own real life baby bear.

I wished for you since I was a little girl and a chance moment meant that on Valentine’s Day over 11 years ago I got to bring you home for your forever. The last few weeks we’ve shared endless cuddles and lots of naps, and on your last day the sun shone brightly for you too.

I’ll never forget you, and in honesty - I don’t know what to do without you 💔 you took a piece of my heart with you, and I know you left some of yours here for me too. When you crossed the rainbow bridge and this song played, you knew 🪽You were truly one in a million.

I’m so glad I got to be your Mum 🤍 fly high over the rainbow little Bear 🌈✨🤍
