Good morning everyone. We would like to update everyone on our current situation here with regards to the coronavirus situation. We are open as usual with some minor changes to how we are working. We will be serving and taking all food and drink orders from the hatch area and not in the main building. We will be making space in our covered area for people to use to sit and eat. We are asking if you could please use your common sense and maintain safe distances from others in all areas. Please also do not use the covered area for kitting up to enable this to happen.
We would like to re-iterate the advice already issued regarding not attending if you have any symptoms of flu, cold or coronavirus, have been in contact with anyone with symptoms or who have been or are in self isolation or if you have been abroad or in contact with someone who has been abroad in the last three weeks.
We would like to ask all schools to pass this on to their students who may be visiting us in the near future and to also be sensible and consider the size of groups they are bringing to us to go diving.
In light of the numerous telephone conversations we have had in the last few days we would like to ask everyone to please bear with us in these unprecedented times. Our staff will be doing their best but we are not fortune tellers who can predict when we may be asked to close. Please also do not take offence if we maintain distance when you are here.
For those doing courses or considering doing courses with us – we are running as normal and ensuring as we always do that our equipment is properly sanitised inside and out. We also do not use swimming pools – all our training is in our lake here. If anyone is not able to get to us to do courses, we can offer the theory section to get you started online – let’s not get bored!!!
We look forward to seeing you all very soon!
