WINTER GRADING ‘25 ❄️🥋

I couldn’t be prouder of the Bu’sen team!! In what was a tremendously demanding grading, everyone showed supreme perseverance and all came away with the success that they worked so hard for! Truly embracing the ethos and spirit of Kyokushin.

🔴 Marie and Merouane got their 10th Kyu’s.
🔵 Darvin, Patrick and Nidhin got their 8th Kyu’s. Henrique and Panos got their 7th Kyu’s.
🟡 Nathan and Vivien got their 5th Kyu’s.
🟢 Otso and Tony got their 3rd Kyu’s.

The team worked so incredibly hard for this and we couldn’t be prouder of them. It was a sweaty one indeed! 😅

So proud of the BKG Bu'sen Dojo team for their individual performances at the British Karate Guild National Clicker Championships!

Came away with two medals: 🥉for Rory, making his tournament debut. 🥈for Kajal, also making her tournament debut. The team fought hard and came away with lessons to refine.

Congratulations to all of the competitors - it was a magnificent day all round! OSU

A huge congratulations to our students at BKG Bu'sen Dojo on passing their Spring Grading! Caden, Panos and Henrique got their 9th Kyu’s. Rhiannon, Vivien, Nathan and Sara got their 7th Kyu’s. Otso got his 4th Kyu. They showed such grit and determination to get the job done and we couldn’t be prouder of them! OSU! 🙏🏼🔥

BKG Bu'sen Dojo had an incredible start to our year of competition! At the British Karate Guild’s International Kata Tournament, Vivian won 3rd place in her category🥉, Patrick won 2nd place in his category🥈, Otso won 1st place in his category🥇, Rhys won 1st place in his category🥇. A tremendous day, full of Budo spirit! All the competitors should be so proud of themselves - OSU!

Solid first Tuesday session of 2025 at Bu’sen! Setting the new year off right with lots of fundamentals and preparation for upcoming events in the calendar. Those Christmas dinners are slowly shredding away 😉👊🏼
