🥋 New timetable coming to GB Twickenham!

We’ve made a few changes to better accommodate class demand and give our students more opportunities to train and progress.

This includes more dedicated GB2 classes, the introduction of GB3, and some adjustments across our Kids and Adults programmes.

Please check the new timetable carefully for any changes to your usual classes.

Effective from 1st September. See you on the mats! 🔺

Most people think side control is just about holding someone down.

It isn’t.

Side control is about creating pressure, limiting movement, controlling space and forcing your opponent to react on your terms.

Once you understand that, submissions become the consequence—not the objective.

The pass has stages: first you get around the legs, then you stop the recovery, then you settle the position.

Skip the middle step and you usually give them the space to reset.
