We, in collaboration with Tidenham Memorial hall in Tutshill, are delighted to offer free fitness classes for individuals age 60+.
As a profesional fitness and dance instructor with over 20 years of experience teaching around the world, I truly understand how important it is to stay active-both physically and mentally-for overall well-being.

Here I am at last after I have disappear for a while due to personal reasons which some of you already know 🩷. I just wanted to share with you all my 2 exiting new class .
The Saturday class starts this coming Saturday the 7th of February and the class is held at the Leisure centre in Chepstow (please contact them directly for bookings).
The second new exiting class starts on Wednesday the 18th of feb at Tutshill memorial hall (please book with me).
The Thursday class it’s also at the leisure centre (please contact them for bookings) this class needs to be book around 6 am every week due to spaces fill in fast.
I can not wait to dance with you , have fun and I will promise you I will give you the real authentic Latin flavour experience, plus teaching you real Latin moves.

SALSA Classes new course staring this 6th of march at Tell me wine in Chepstow you don’t need a partner to come, you will learn the basic in salsa, foot work, rhythm , basic turns and how is to dance in couples.
Here is the link with more information , classes are for all is a friendly environment having a great time. The prices included a soft drink or you just can pay the difference if you would rather to have an alcoholic drink.
