This isn't a fat loss bootcamp, bodybuilding session or HIIT class.

This is a Strength class built with runners in mind. Whether that be distance runners, quicker runners or even those within Hyrox events.

Building the fundamentals to help reduce injury risk, build Strength and Power and help you get to that next level.

With it being a class environment you will be surrounded by other people just like you in a closed gym environment. Plus, with a 7am start and 8am finish, you can get to Park Run locally for the 9am start!

I feel like client results don't do it justice anymore, it's more a client evolution.

Watching clients develop over time with different results makes me super proud, especially when chasing previously lofty goals.

From a massive visual progression, into getting ridiculously strong and a 154kg deadlift. We now shift into bigger running focus for the winter ready to tackle some races in the Spring!

2 years self employed and 3 years of Parabellum Coaching is absolutely wild.

Since starting during a week before covid (great timing I know), the goal has always been to close the gap between struggles I faced with my goals before being a PT and the knowledge that was accessible which was also understandable.

Now after 5 and a half years as a coach I feel I’m just tipping my toe in the water of what I really want to achieve!

Now these slides are just a handful of memories over this time, if I included them all it would be about 20 deep!

Here’s to the next 3 years with some big goals to scratch off 😬

Well… Run club is making some big strides in November!

So much so that we have now turned it to a monthly schedule with multiple forms of runs with a big focus being toward a team race at Wilmslow Festive 10k at the back end of the month.

Big opening event of the season for at Birmingham this weekend with a massive chunk of time knocked off from Cardiff earlier in the year.

All whilst actually not spending a ton of time working together on Hyrox attributes. Now we have sorted out previous niggles and found some drawbacks in his performance we have a big 5 weeks to aim to knock off about 7 minutes 💨

Massive amount of work from Chad in the last few months, especially with an actual drop in his training volume for building muscle to work alongside getting into running, shifting his training into a more performance based plan.

This comparison over the last few months has come with no drastic drops in calories, no massive amounts of cardio as it has been balanced out with a progression alongside his running on his own and with track nights with Parabellum RC, cheeky 🔌,with a 7kg difference which is wild!

Now to aim to keep and building muscle + push for his first race when he is back in November and keep developing his plyometrics.

A 48:16 minute PB from April to now (5 months) is no mean feat.

But after a solid summer of managing our distance volume, focusing on building a solid amount of strength and developing unilateral strength in the gym, we had a massive showing at Chester marathon yesterday!

absolutely smashed the race actually achieving a goal we had set out for another 6 months time with much better nutrition, hydration and management during the race as a whole.

We covered her running programming, strength work within PT sessions every other week and a home workout plan and progressions within her nutrition.

Big first couple of weeks in the bag for bagging two new personal bests and getting back to his original fitness point whilst pulling off 1.6kg in 4 weeks.

All whilst dealing with a slight Achilles problem which has been a focus within the prep of our lower body sessions and essentially gone already!

Now for a big winter of building some fitness ready for his Hyrox season and some races in the early spring.

16 minute Course PB for me with Manchester 4 weeks away, starting the hunt for a 1:33!
