This isn't a fat loss bootcamp, bodybuilding session or HIIT class.
This is a Strength class built with runners in mind. Whether that be distance runners, quicker runners or even those within Hyrox events.
Building the fundamentals to help reduce injury risk, build Strength and Power and help you get to that next level.
With it being a class environment you will be surrounded by other people just like you in a closed gym environment. Plus, with a 7am start and 8am finish, you can get to Park Run locally for the 9am start!
