Just 12 weeks ago, she was

- Juggling 70-hour workweeks, school runs, and battling a never-ending pile of washing leaves little time for self-care. How could you possibly have time to think about weight loss?

- Relaxation often involves opening her laptop in between making sure everyone is fed and happy. Which ends up feeling like she's constantly doing work.

- Sometimes becoming a battleground! She struggles to remember the last time she had a full nights sleep.

- She knew she had to do something but nothing seemed straightforward for her personal circumstances.

I was thinking it would be cool to run an 8-week rapid weight loss program, where we teach you fast fat loss protocols to lose up to 8kg kilos and keep it off.

It would be specifically for career-focused women, who don’t like the idea of spending all their time in the gym and want to double down on their efforts with minimal fuss.
