SEASON 25/26 STARTING TUESDAY 26TH AUGUST!!

We can't wait to get the season started and hope the kids have had a great summer. We had 26 Kids last season and are hoping to continue to grow the club. As ever we would be delighted to welcome any child born in 2019 that wants to give football a go.

To accommodate opportunities for indoor facilities, during winter months, we have moved training to Tuesdays for this season. Hope to see you all there.

Matches will continue every fortnight on Saturday morning at Shoot Soccer in Ayr.

Training:
Starting Tuesday 26th Aug, running weekly from 6pm - 7pm @ Marr Hockey Pitches

Matches:
Starting Saturday 6th Sept, mornings, running fortnightly, at Shoot Soccer Ayr

The boys and coaches are delighted with the support and help received from The Micah Project Troon in providing of the badging service for our new strips and training tops. The boys proudly wore the kit at Kilmarnock Football Club v Dundee Fc game At the weekend.

The team at Micah have been fantastic in advising and supporting the club with local funding opportunities. Thanks for your support.

The 2019 boys, coaches and parents had a fantastic day out at Rugby Park watching Kilmarnock’s fantastic win against Dundee on Saturday. This was the first football game for some of the boys and they were entertained by with a 5 goal thriller!

Thanks again to Kilmarnock Football Club for having us and organising the tickets.

Calling all kids born in 2019

Troon thistle 2019s, a community based club, continues to grow and provides a relaxed environment for kids to learn football skills, burn some energy, improve team work and social skills and most importantly have fun!

Sessions are well attended but we are always open for kids to join and trial sessions are available for a few weeks to see if they enjoy it.

Due to winter months we are currently running sessions every Wednesday at the Troon Scout hall, (back hall) St Meddans Street.

6.15pm - 7pm (Wednesdays)

We hope to move back outside in March and use the Marr hockey pitches or marr playing fields.

Introductory team matches will also be starting up Vs other clubs, in March likely to be every second Saturday for those kids wanting to experience games. At this age some kids Just enjoy training and matches can come Later.

These games will be 3 v 3 or 4 v 4 and the purpose is for the kids to learn and develop within a game based environment.

All 2019s welcome to come along and try a few sessions irrespective of ability or experience.

Training starting up again for the new year. Every Wednesday at the Troon scout hall, st meddans Street. 6.15pm - 7pm. All those born in 2019 welcome to come along and try a few sessions if not been before.
