I’m running a 5-week Group Training block starting Friday 9 January at 11:00.
These sessions are about moving well, building strength, and feeling good — in a supportive, friendly group environment.

Last weekend one of my best friends and I took on the challenge of riding 40k through the beautiful countryside of the Chilterns. Tackling 3 huge hills with a combined elavation of 1600ft along the way. It was tough, hot but lots of fun raising money for the Samaritans.
