The first question venues ask us is what the simulators actually need, and the answer is less than most people expect. Each one takes up roughly 1.61m by 0.6m of floor and stands about 1.42m tall, and each runs off one standard 13A socket drawing no more than 1kW. There's no three phase, no generator and no special flooring involved.

Setup takes around two hours, we break down after your guests have gone, and delivery is included within 100 miles of our Silverstone base.

Christmas party season has already started for anyone organising one. The best December dates go first, and they go to the companies who book in September.

We deliver F1 and GT racing simulators to venues across the UK from our base at Silverstone, linked on one live leaderboard, with our events team running the racing all evening. Hire starts from £790 per day excluding VAT, and quotes come back within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
