France has just released new research linking ultra-processed foods, sugary drinks and additives with higher risks of type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and some cancers.

Maybe it’s time we stop asking ourselves:
‘How many calories are in this?’

…and instead start wondering :

‘What’s actually in it?’

CALLING AT PEOPLE WHO ARE TIRED OF STRUGGLING WITH THEIR OWN HEALTH ALONE ❤️

I’m looking into creating small local support groups through my role as an ambassador at the Public Health Collaboration for people struggling with conditions such as:

• type 2 diabetes
• fatty liver
• obesity
• chronic fatigue
• skin inflammation
• arthritis
• low mood
• cardiovascular disease
• dementia prevention and brain health

The goal is to bring people together in a supportive space where they can learn, feel encouraged, become accountable, and be around others facing similar challenges.

I see so many people who want help but simply cannot afford ongoing 1:1 coaching, and I genuinely believe good health support should not only be available to people with money.

Everyone deserves access to better health education and support but sadly very few GP’s would have the time and even knowledge to educate their patients on nutrition and lifestyle changes. Besides, what they know is likely to be outdated - some GP’s would have a more integrative approach but not many at all.

This would be run under the umbrella of a non-profit charity, with just a small cost initially to help cover room hire and my expenses.

At this stage, I’m simply trying to see whether there would be enough interest locally before organising anything. I live in Totton and so I would love to start a group in this area initially.

If this sounds like something you, a friend or family member would benefit from, feel free to comment below, share or message me privately ❤️

I’m a fully Certified Level 5 Health Coach and a trained Ambassador for the wonderful charity Public Health Collaboration.
