WHAT A GAME OF FOOTBALL! 💙⚽️🔥

Incredible way to open the PYL season and another fantastic game between the Titans and Buckland Yellows this morning! 👏

Two technically brilliant teams, loads of quality on the ball, chances, tackles, hard work and two groups of players giving absolutely everything for their teammates.

There’s so much planning and preparation that goes into youth football, but games like today are a great reminder to enjoy the moments along the way 💙

So proud of every single Titan today. The quality of our football at times was outstanding, the togetherness in the squad and just as pleasing is the work rate, effort and determination when we didn’t have the ball.

Special mentions to today’s POTM award winners:

🏆 Coaches POTM - Isaac
An outstanding performance. Calm and composed in possession, tactically excellent and an incredible work rate for the team from start to finish 💪🥵

🏆 Parents POTM - Mylo
What a league debut! Brilliant link-up play, worked tirelessly for his teammates and showed real quality on the ball and in front of goal 👏⚽️

🏆 Players POTM - Fred
A performance full of quality, creativity and determination. Being recognised by his teammates in a game where the whole team excelled makes this one extra special 💯💙

Huge credit to Buckland Yellows for another brilliant game of football and we’re already looking forward to doing it all again later in the season. Great team 👏💛

DJM Saturday Match Result

Titans 1-3 Plymstock Utd Juniors

Not the result we wanted from our first DJM game, but incredibly proud of the character and effort shown by every single Titan today. 💙

They’re such a brilliant group of lads who work incredibly hard for each other, stick together when things get tough and never stop giving everything they’ve got.

There’s plenty for us to learn from today, both individually and as a team, but that’s exactly what these experiences are for. We’ll keep working, keep developing and come back stronger. 💪⚽️

A special mention for Bertie, who was absolutely outstanding in goal. Some brilliant saves, some incredibly brave ones and a performance recognised by players, parents and coaches alike - taking home all three POTM awards! 🏆🏆🏆👏

After the game, our captain for the day Fred was also presented with a special award recognising an amazing achievement over the summer.

Fred completed the Three Peaks Challenge and raised more than £700 for the team, which will go towards days out and experiences for the boys throughout the season. An incredible effort and something we’re all very proud of! 👏💙

There’s a long season ahead, lots of football to be played and plenty more to come! ⚽️💪🔥

A big weekend ahead for the Titans as our 2026/27 season gets underway!

Saturday sees us play our first official 9v9 game as we begin our DJM journey against Plymstock Utd Juniors.

A new format, new challenges and plenty for the boys to experience and learn from. 💪⚽️

Then on Sunday… a Super Sunday blockbuster against Buckland Yellows!

Always a fantastic game of football between two brilliant groups of boys and one we’re really looking forward to. 👀🔥

Two games. Two different challenges. Loads of football.

The wait is over. The season starts here…

⛰️💙 THREE PEAKS COMPLETE! 💙⛰️

What an achievement from our Titan Fred, who has now completed Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon! 👏🔥

Three mountains, a huge amount of determination and an incredible effort from Fred (plus his mate!) and his family from start to finish.

What makes the achievement even more special is that Fred took it on to support his teammates and help create more opportunities for the team. 💙⚽️

We’re all incredibly proud of you, Fred. Absolutely smashed it! 👊

⛰️💙 TWO DOWN! 💙⛰️

Another massive well done to our Titan Fred, who has now completed Scafell Pike, peak number two of his Three Peaks Challenge! 👏🔥

After conquering Ben Nevis at the weekend, Fred was back at it this morning with an early start and another mountain ticked off before 9am! 💪⛰️

That’s two done and just Snowdon to go on Friday.

Even more impressive, Fred has already raised over £600 to help provide opportunities for his Titans teammates. An incredible effort both on and off the mountain. 💙⚽️

We’re all so proud of you, Fred. One more to go! 👊🔥

💙⚽️ Loving the attitude and effort from these boys!

With our friendly cancelled, we got some extra training in. Plyometric based warm-up, agility and speed relays, and high-energy competitive match-ups. 🔥

One of the biggest things for me is seeing a group of boys who love to train, want to compete and want to improve. 💪

And the teamwork in the final clip — when one teammate falls, another jumps in to take his place. Love it! 👊💙
