The wait is over! It’s finally time for rugby to take over on a Sunday again ❤️💛🖤

This weekend the girls take on their first league game of the season against Llantwit Fadre 💪🏻

The girls are excited to get the season underway, ready to put all the hard work from pre-season into action.
Time to wear the badge with pride, back each other all the way, and kick off the league together.

🚨 WE’RE HOLDING OUR HANDS UP… THIS ONE HASN’T QUITE GONE TO PLAN! 🚨

We’ll be honest — organising a big League Community Cup Day at the last minute, on a Bank Holiday weekend, was always going to be a challenge! 😂

But the reason behind this day is something we really believe in. 💚

Women’s rugby is facing some massive struggles, with 4 teams we know of folding before the season has even begun. We wanted to create a day that brings people together, celebrates women’s sport and highlights the challenges that come with playing in what can still be a very male-dominated sporting environment.

So, although it might not be quite the event we originally pictured, we’re still bringing you our Rugby vs Football Community Cup Sports Day! 🏉⚽️

We want everyone to come down, have a laugh, support local women’s sport and enjoy the day with us!
