💥Update 💥
Many of you are already aware and witnessed Josh involved in a nasty accident during the UK Kart Series final this weekend at Whilton Mill Kart Club

We were sent to Northampton hospital by the onsite medics to be checked over and for an xray of a suspected fractured collarbone. Unfortunately, they confirmed he has indeed fractured his collarbone and will be out of the seat for a number of weeks while he recovers.
He was so so lucky to walk away with a fractured collar bone and minor cuts and bruises, as it could have been so much worse.

We would like to thank everybody involved in helping him on track and for reaching him so quickly and keeping him calm and comfortable when he was in obvious shock and distress. The marshal's and medics were amazing and we are so grateful to you all!

Another special thank you goes out Olly Knox for not thinking twice about jumping out of his kart and helping lift the kart off Josh while he was trapped underneath!

Thank you to everyone else that has messaged to check how Josh is, it really does mean alot to us all as a family 🫶🫶

The Kart Championship round 3 at Whilton Mill

With a strong grid of 41 Hondas, it was going to be another tough weekend.

Friday practice
Great pace all day and finished the day off one of the fastest on track 👌

Raceday Saturday
💥TQ - didn't go to plan and ended up 13th im group, which put me starting 17th & 18th in my heats 🤦‍♀️
💥Heat 1 - P17 - P5 💪💪
💥Heat 2 - P18 - P9 After slightly tougher heat, but happy with the progress. With the heat points added, I was starting both superheats P6.

Raceday Sunday
💥Superheat 1 - P6 - P1 my best ever finish so far in the championship 💪💪
💥Super heat 2 - P6 - P4 lead the majority of the race, but made a mistake and lost the lead.
With all my points combined, I was classified P7 overall.
💥Final P7 - P4 a very scrappy final(which was to be expected) lost the front pack fairly early after being knocked wide and ended up having a grass detour, losing multiple places 🤦‍♀️I worked hard to gain them back and close the gap on the front 4, a last corner incident mixed up all the finishing positions and I crossed the line P4.

After my TQ fluff, I wasn't expecting much from the weekend, but I exceeded my expectations and had an amazing weekend.
