I'm also going to be offering "guided" hill and mountain climbs after a number of trial runs.

This will be a weekend opportunity, pick a hill or mountain (Snowdon is my favourite) and I'll plan it, take you to the top and back down...DM me for info

Starting Saturday 4th January, I'm going to be offering a 12 week back to fitness plan for Β£100.

It'll include-
Fully tailored plan to fit into your fitness needs and goals.
Nutritional advice.
Advice and stretches for between sessions to ensure you allow your body time to repair.
12 x 2hr sessions, which can be set by myself to achieve the fitness goal you want, it each one can be individually tailored.

Due to weeknights being taken up by regular clients I'll only be able to offer 4 of these packages-

Saturdays 2-4 or 5-7
Sunday's 12-2 or 4-6

Morning everyone, here's a brief overview of the sort of things I'll be offering...

Running/fitness training- tailored to any fitness level from novice upwards

12-8-4 week fitness plans to develop cardiovascular fitness and muscle strength

Nutritional advice and support as well as meal ideas

1 to 1 or group sessions that can be fit around your schedule and needs- either out on the hills/roads/park or in your own home if it's strength and fitness work

There's probably things I've missed, but feel free to DM me and I'll answer any questions you have

Prices to follow as I work out what's reasonable to both myself and you, though I'll always offer a 30min taster session for free first
