The Culm Valley Crows had our very first outing together tonight and somehow managed to win the pub quiz! 🍻🧠🏅
Turns out we're not just handy with a football at our feet – we've got a few brain cells between us too! 😂

It's hot, hot, hot, so training has been cancelled tonight to protect our crows from the ridiculous heat 🥵 Instead, we will enjoy our first social outing on Sunday when more normal temperatures return (we hope!) 💜

Oh, what a night! We held our first training session last night, and it was everything we'd hoped it would be - we had so much fun we forgot to take pictures 😂. Thank you to our wonderful coach and the ladies who braved a miserable, wet night to support our new club.

Vicky, one of the team's co-founders, has lost two close relatives to breast cancer, and her Mum has thankfully beaten it twice. We are very aware that it remains one of the most common forms of cancer for women, and as such, we want to show our support for this fabulous cause.

We are excited to introduce Culm Valley Crows Women's Walking Football Club - an inclusive club for women aged 18+ of ALL abilities.

Whether you’re completely new to football, returning after time away, or already experienced, our club is all about enjoying the game in a supportive, friendly and positive environment! ⚽

Weekly sessions are led by a fully qualified coach and take place at Sampford Peverell MUGA, Whitnage Road, every Thursday from 6:30pm–8:00pm.
