This is the current training set up as I aspire to get on stage at some point in the future with more muscle

I spent 7-8 weeks completely off enhancement before reintroducing, the physique very much represents where my body and mind was; there’s such a huge link between physique and headspace and something many don’t link.
If stress is high, psychologically, the body will reflect that but also if there’s internal stress in terms of an unhappy body, it’s also not going to look great.
I’m not very good at the whole BB thing, I have no genetic strengths but I love it. It adds purpose and direction. And makes me work even harder knowing I need to work V hard just to be average on stage.
And I’m ok with that.
A physique I’m happy with is one that makes it through more challenging times just as much as it thrives in “easier” times
